Shop Security Signs Returns Policy


We take all practical steps to prevent a problem with your order and believe you will be pleased with our products and services. If it becomes necessary for you to return a product to us, it is important for you to know that we have ALWAYS treated our customers fairly and expect our customers to be fair with us. If, after receiving and inspecting your order, you are not completely satisfied with the product, we will exchange it or refund your money, subject to the following conditions:

If, upon receipt, the product is not what you expected or you no longer want/need it...

1.    You must return the unused product within 14 days of receipt (shipping cost prepaid) for a refund. Return the product to: GKS, Attn: Product Returns Department, P.O. Box 244, Danbury, WI 54830.
2.    You will receive a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, as long as the product has been returned in like-new and unused condition.
3.    The unused product must be returned in the original (if possible) or similar shipping box to protect it from damage in transit.
4.    A returned product that shows evidence of being installed and/or used (showing any type of wear) will be assessed a damage fee that will vary from 25% up to the full purchase price. If your return arrives with internal damage you will be notified and you will have the option to file a claim with your shipping agent or instruct us to return it to you.

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or if you received a damaged or defective product, we will ship out a replacement product when you return the original product to us, and will pay the shipping costs including reimbursing you for the return shipping charges up to the amount of the original shipping charges.
